    ATV in neighborhood, the riders from 1757 Summit Creek Way uses 1776 Summit Creek Way backyard as an entry point to the powerline property for their own personal raceway. This past weekend they were joined by riders from outside the neighborhood. With summer approaching, this will only get worse. I am asking the HOA to address this issue as this is a nuisance and disturbance in the neighborhood.

As you are aware the pool is open for the summer! Please read the information and convenant reminders below concerning the pool carefully as it may affect your pool usage this summer. Pool hours: 9 a.m - 9 p.m. Your pool card will not work outside of these hours. Only residents who have paid their HOA dues in full have access to the pool. Do not open the pool gate for people other than the members of your own party. This means people that live in your house or your guest. Do not jump the fence! Report people you see jumping the fence. Do not use the lounge chairs inappropriately. You and your guest are expected to obey all posted signs. Pick up your trash! Smoking is not allowed in the pool area.  **Please be advised that a new security system is being installed in the pool area.  If you or your guest are caught granting access to the pool to people without cards you may be subject to your card being deactivated.
