Reminder: HOA dues are due on or before March 31, 2017! 

Late charges will be levied after March 31, 2017 in accordance with covenants and by-laws of Summit Creek Homeowners Association.

Make checks payable to: SUMMIT CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Pay online at: www.adk-inc.com by credit card or electronic check. Convenience fee applies.

    It’s very dark outside these days. Who is in charge of installing or repairing the street lights in Summit Creek. Lots of crime activity going on at night. High traffic at night on Summit Creek Way. Loganville GA. No street lights. Do we call the cops , the courts, or who? We are paying citizens right??? Do we have a voice? Let me know. I’m done with this neighborhood. SMH.

As you are aware the pool is open for the summer! Please read the information and convenant reminders below concerning the pool carefully as it may affect your pool usage this summer. Pool hours: 9 a.m - 9 p.m. Your pool card will not work outside of these hours. Only residents who have paid their HOA dues in full have access to the pool.
