Thanks to all who took the time to attended our Fall Potluck today. It was the first step in building a community of caring neighbors. We enjoyed food, drinks, and good company! Thanks for all you do to make our community a better place!

    It was nice. Good weather mixed with good company. We got to know each other a little better and exchanged a few laughs and jokes. We also shared contact information which is helpful in cases of emergency within the neighborhood. I know I have called at least two neighbors when things were happening with their home or property. We talked about pressing issues in the community but more importantly we connected. There was a real sense of community among those that came. We talked about solutions and things that we would like to see happening in Summit Creek. Of the things we talked about is a community garage sale, community clean up day with everyone wearing Summit Creek tee shirts! Woo-hoo! Let's get this community back to where it once was. We were a connected subdivision and we cared about what was happening in Summit Creek!

As you are aware the pool is open for the summer! Please read the information and convenant reminders below concerning the pool carefully as it may affect your pool usage this summer. Pool hours: 9 a.m - 9 p.m. Your pool card will not work outside of these hours. Only residents who have paid their HOA dues in full have access to the pool. Do not open the pool gate for people other than the members of your own party. This means people that live in your house or your guest. Do not jump the fence! Report people you see jumping the fence. Do not use the lounge chairs inappropriately. You and your guest are expected to obey all posted signs. Pick up your trash! Smoking is not allowed in the pool area.  **Please be advised that a new security system is being installed in the pool area.  If you or your guest are caught granting access to the pool to people without cards you may be subject to your card being deactivated.
