Reminder: HOA dues are due on or before March 31, 2017!  Late charges will be levied after March 31, 2017 in accordance with covenants and by-laws of Summit Creek Homeowners Association. Make checks payable to: SUMMIT CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Pay online at: www.adk-inc.com by credit card or electronic check. Convenience fee applies. 

As you are aware the pool is open for the summer! Please read the information and convenant reminders below concerning the pool carefully as it may affect your pool usage this summer. Pool hours: 9 a.m - 9 p.m. Your pool card will not work outside of these hours. Only residents who have paid their HOA dues in full have access to the pool. Do not open the pool gate for people other than the members of your own party. This means people that live in your house or your guest. Do not jump the fence! Report people you see jumping the fence. Do not use the lounge chairs inappropriately. You and your guest are expected to obey all posted signs. Pick up your trash! Smoking is not allowed in the pool area.  **Please be advised that a new security system is being installed in the pool area.  If you or your guest are caught granting access to the pool to people without cards you may be subject to your card being deactivated. Clean up, clean up everybody clean up! In preparation for the summer we have organized a community clean-up. Please join us as we get together to clean up the pool area.  Agenda : Pressure wash pool house Sweep pool house Paint Replace light fixtures Cleaning and stocking the bathroom. When: Saturday, May 4, 2013 Time: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm We hope you can join us as we work together to improve our community the best we can.
